Home Testing: Take the baseline test from the comfort of your own home or office computer. It can be completed in about 20 minutes for only $20.00 US, per test.
Small Groups: Discounts for small groups of 10 test-takers who want to test from the convinience of their own computers and purchase their baseline tests at the same time.
Large Groups/Teams: Schedule the whole team to baseline test at the same time in your organization's facility/school's computer center, at a discounted rate per athlete.
(Once the baseline test is completed, users can download ImPACT Passport for free on iOS or Android, store their ImPACT Passport ID, find a trained healthcare provider, grant access to their scores, and record symptoms as often as they like.)

We are pleased to offer the ImPACT Applications baseline concussion test to athletes worldwide, in 22 different languages and at a very reasonable price. This web based computer test tracks information such as memory, reaction time, speed, concentration and takes only about 20 to 30 minutes to complete. This baseline test is the first step in the only concussion-specific solution to be granted a medical device clearance by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
